The standard delivery time is 1–3 working days, depending on your location and order size.
You can submit a change or cancellation via info@pineut.nl. Please contact us as soon as possible, as orders are often processed within a few hours. Once forwarded to our warehouse for shipping, we cannot make any further changes.
Returns are only possible in exceptional cases. Please send us an email with your order number and the reason for return, and we will look for the best solution together.
